Reset and Rise Intensive
Brett has combined all her offerings into one package for a complete and personalized experience that can give you a foundation to create momentum and traction toward better health. You will receive Brett’s experience and education of Ayurveda, Yoga, Breathwork, and healing arts packed in your three month commitment. This intensive includes one ninety minute intake, two additional scheduled sessions including supportive emails with accountability and texts, Breathwork one on one and/or group, along with personalized and supportive medicinal herbal combinations made by Brett for you. This is a service that is refined and personalized so you will move forward in confidence and empowerment with your defined tools for healing. This is a holistic service that is unique to you and you only. Brett is committed to getting you started with the understanding that this lifestyle creates an embodiment of the self with the understanding of the longevity of life.
If you complete this intensive with Brett you can receive per your request additional 60 minute mentorship check-in sessions for $150.
You can also add on to this intensive package a One Hour Personal Restorative Yoga Session for the investment of $200
